Anupam products are crafted and tested with utmost precision and adherence to stringent quality standards. We extend this assurance of quality to the original purchaser for personal household use of the “Kitchen Sink” in its designated location. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable.

All repairs or replacements of the product will be conducted off-site exclusively. We do not offer on-site services. Please be aware that transportation costs, installation charges, and any other associated expenses such as diagnosis or replacement of component parts or faucets are not covered under product replacement.

Anupam reserves the right to inspect the product and its installation before proceeding with any replacement. Please note that any accessories or surface finishes are not included in the warranty coverage.

The warranty becomes void if any repairs are undertaken by an unauthorised repair centre or individual. Anupam warrants the structural integrity and finish of the product to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal usage for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

This warranty begins from the initial date of purchase by the owner through an Anupam dealer and spans the entire 1 year duration. Any product deemed defective within this warranty period, as reported to the authorised dealer or directly to Anupam, will be either repaired or replaced with a product of equivalent value, at Anupam’s discretion.

It is important to note that this warranty is applicable solely to the original owner or end-user and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.

Anupam strongly recommends the installation of all Anupam products by fully licensed trade professionals with expertise in installing bathroom and/or kitchen manufactured goods. Please note that this warranty excludes coverage for shipping charges, labour costs, or expenses related to the removal and reinstallation of the product. Additionally, Anupam shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or delays.

This warranty does not extend to outdoor installations or the commercial use of any Anupam sink product. Furthermore, it does not cover breakage, dents, rust, scratches, or any complimentary gifts included with the purchase. All incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from coverage.

Please note that the warranty will be void if the product is not used according to the recommended application. It also does not apply in cases of product failure due to specific unusual conditions such as waterlogging, misuse, transit damage, lightning, acts of God, or while in transit to or from the service centre. Any charges incurred for services outside the scope of the warranty are not covered.

This warranty is deemed to have been issued in Delhi, State of NCT Delhi, and any matters arising from or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi. Inspection and test reports conducted at Anupam’s factory/service centre will be considered final and binding for determining defects, required repairs/alterations, or certifying the working condition of the goods thereafter.
