At Anupam, our commitment is to provide you with top-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. This ‘Return and Exchange’ policy is tailored to address concerns related to non-customized Anupam products, such as sinks and accessories. Please review the policy details below.
1. Return / Exchange Eligibility
Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer the following support options:
a. Exchange
Exchanges are applicable only in cases where the customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery. Upon successful verification of the issue by the Anupam support team, we may offer an exchange for the same or a similar non-customized product.
b. Product Repair
In cases where the issue can be resolved through repair, we will arrange for the product to be fixed by our skilled technicians.
Refunds for returns will not be provided, as this policy is focused only on exchanges or product repairs for eligible cases verified by the Anupam support team.
This policy is applicable only to eligible non-customized products, including sinks and accessories.
The ‘return/exchange/repair’ request must be initiated within 24 hours of the purchase date.
Any damage, missing item, manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or other complaint regarding the delivered order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for verification or processing.
To register any complaint related to damage, missing parts, incorrect product, or manufacturing defect, customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning of the package opening process without cuts or edits. The unboxing video is mandatory for authenticity and verification purposes. Complaints raised without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange, repair, or claim verification.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all claims.
2. Return / Exchange Process
To initiate a ‘return/exchange/repair’ request, please contact our Customer Service team at support@anupamsinks.in.
Provide your:
- Order number
- Details of the item
- Reason for the complaint
- Clear unboxing video
- Supporting images/videos (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with further instructions regarding the exchange or repair process.
3. Exclusions
This policy is applicable only to non-customized Anupam products and excludes custom-made or personalized items.
Exchange or repair requests for:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
- Purposefully damaged items
- Complaints raised without a valid unboxing video
- Complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery
may be rejected.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, depending on the nature of the claim. Applicable charges, if any, will be communicated once the RMA request is reviewed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not provided under this policy. Eligible cases will be resolved only through product exchange or repair after successful verification by the Anupam support team.
6. Timelines
Approved exchanges and repairs are normally processed within 15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

At present, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.
